I try to follow the topic (create and add view filter (ParameterFilterElement), but i can’t
For example , Wall
First you select a category, then get all element of this category.
You take the first one and use element parameters.
Then using Parameter.ParameterType, you get the type of parameter. From here you just have to use these values to filter.

Please preview the results of the element.GetParameterValueByName node.

The warning states that there’s an indentation issue somewhere. Your return in line 26 looks like it might have a space in front of it.
