“Run Anyways” isn’t showing so I’m just checking if it’s a package glitch or company glitch.

If you don’t see run anyways then you probably don’t have windows defender in use - that’s just something I use in addition to Kaspersky in my video (which I can see you’re watching).
Ideally it should install to your packages folder and be available the next time Dynamo is rebooted.
Here’s what needed to be done in my case.
Right click on file > Properties > Unblock > OK
