No one script could/should do this. Some areas of the model are very hard to modify such as parameter naming as it is built right down into the families in most cases. Project parameters cannot be replaced as well, so sometimes there are limitations.
Begin small, focus on names of system elements such as wall types and go up from there. No doubt you will find a big part of the challenge is inconsistency which may prevent predictable new names for elements.
