Match list and filter new list

I am a starting dynamo user and I get stuck a little bit.

I have a list at List.SetDifference.

If there is 1 match on that other list, I want to keep the others.

ET-12-101 is an match and I want to filter the list

[0] ET-12-101
[1]
Is this possible?
