Making design options primary from each design options set using excel data

Hi,
I want to create a dynamo script in such a way that it can pull data from excel sheet and make design options mentioned in the excel sheet as primary design option in revit. if anyone has a idea regarding this please share your toughts.

The Design Option API is very limited. Unfortunately none of that functionality is available yet.
