How to export Revit information to Excel sorted by Design Option?

I am currently exporting Revit embedded cost data to Excel from an unique main model, and that is working properly.
However I have further added a few design options and I would like to export such information sorted by design options in order to compare those alternatives by cost. How can I do that?

Design Option should be retrievable through GetParameterValueByName. If it returns -1, it’s part of the main model.
