List SortByKey not working as expected

the keys are strings in the first version. - or maybe I misunderstanding whats not working.

have you read the example here:
http://dictionary.dynamobim.com/#/Core/List/Action/SortByKey

I think you are misunderstanding the behavior of sort by key - it will sort the keys in ascending order - so you have assigned a the key 3, this will end up in position 4. - which it does.
