List and count filled region types

Sorry if this topic has been already published many times before but I just can’t find the solution to this very simple problem.

I just want to know how many types of filled regions I have in my project and their names so I can make a little bit of cleanup.

Here is the screenshot of my definition based on what I could find in the forum.
