Linking lists of names with values of Dynamic block to set the dynamic properties

Unable to link the lists of names and values with the node setdynamicpropertybyname. after joining it is producing blocks where the properties not getting changed. Any help regarding same will be appreciated.

There appears to be an error regarding list levels, no? You have 30 property names but only 9 block references outcomes, is it right?
