Line to rotate at same direction from plane

Hi All

I’m trying to rotate lines radiating from the center of a circle in the same direction from the horizontal plane. For some reason they currently rotate in opposite directions. Please see images and dynamo file attached.

Try reconstructing your graph to use consistent Vectors then rotate.
