Line through points to Form lines that may not be parallel to x or y axis

Hi guys,
I am trying to form a grid or mesh like lines through points on the xy plane. I would like lines to pass through the points as indicated in the second figure. The first figure’s case is easy since there are points with the same x or y coordinate. But in the second case, the points are widespread. My intention is to used the lines to create conduits connecting circular boxes at their locations, so the lines have to be straight lines and not curved lines.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Draxl,
Thanks for trying. But this is not what I am looking for. Seems like your solution is creating a surface, with translation in the z axis. I just want something like a mesh interconnecting points on the xy plane as shown in the figures below
c1

The figure above shows the circular boxes in positions that are aligned. Creating this connection is as easy as creating the grids since some points ahsre the x coordinates or the y coordinates. The lines here can then be used to create conduits.

However, the figure below is different. The points are spread apart and the x and y coordinates of the points are not all the same. I need a graph that will connect the points with lines without cutting each other as shown below. Should be on the xy plane.

The Points are as shown below
