Lat/Long to XY DWG coordinate system

I’m looking for a way to take lat/long and convert to XY using the DWG’s assigned coordinate system.

LatLong to xy it takes long time when there are large points it take 5 min for 5000 points and xy to latlong takes 40s for 5000 point >>>>>>>. is there other way to convert .

You can use the Arkance Systems Node Library, it takes less than a second.
