Is placing raster images possible with dynamo?

Hi everybody.
I have been researching the possibility to place a raster image into 3D space or on a sheet - without any success. Both processes would be a great help! Does anybody have a clue on how to achieve this?

In 3D space using a decal on a family surface could be an option.
On a sheet I would prefer a direct placement.

I have been looking into the archi-lab.net package (2016.13.4) but the crucial nodes I could not find in there: get all views, import image, and import image options…
