I probably misunderstand you, probably you are talking about some advanced information. but if you are talking about getting a specific element:

in a code block writing this below
elementindex[3]; will create a list including 3. sublist elements.

If you want to get 1. element of the 3. sublist. you can simply write this.
elementindex[3][1];
