Why protecting graphs? I guess it is not possible. Maybe someone can create a library for you with a license model so no one can run your graphs without a license for the package.
This goes against the very intent of Dynamo. Setting that aside… while I am not a lawyer, I’d recommend you consult one about the liability exposure you’d get from doing so with any graph that has nodes from most of the packages up on package manager, as the default license utilized by package manager.
