I’m trying to select the complete door opening in a wall. I’ve tried a couple options, but none give the desired result.
If I select the door geometry I only get the door itself and not the full opening. This might be because my door has no frame around it, but I need it to work with frameless doors so that doesn’t really help. I also tried working with sectionboxes, but if the wall is at an angle the section box is still bound to the XY coordinates, so it’ll select a much larger volume.
Selecting the full wall geometry gives the inverse of what I’m looking for, but I can’t find a way to invert this.
Any suggestions?
