here there are more number of lights is present i want to measure the distance of two light element and that value is added to chainage value

You could create a dimension between the reference planes or the reference lines of your lighting fixtures.
This Package is higher version to Revit2015
There is no guarantee it will work for Revit 2015 as there are changes in API from 2015 to 2018/19
