How to get detail lines in output

Hi There

Can you please answer how to get detail lines in output. As circled in image in Red, in view when i apply curve i don’t get detail lines in output. Can you please suggest how to get it done. Suggest if it is also can be achieved with Python.

i think you should use plan or section view not the 3D view

Try in Revit,
you cannot place detail lines in a 3D View
