Hi all!
I currently modeled a beam system with the perimeter beams being a Cchannel beam. The result I am getting is the channel section being in the wrong direction, C turning inwards, while I would like to flip the direction of the section so that it be turning outwards.
Don’t know how it happened but after a while it just flipped, maybe when I moved the elements around in the revit environment?
In any case, I created an arc surface in between the beams which I turned into a solid, as can be seen in the attached pic. I would like to make that solid a steel sheet. How would be best recommended to do that?
It seems each time I load the dynamo script for this beam set, the C channel beam flips direction. Is there any correct way to determine the direction of the C channel and if its possible to add a flip button to play with it?
