How is the best way to get Room Boundaries minus doors?

Hi! I’m new to Dynamo and I was wondering which is the best way to get those lines? (Red lines in the image) I tried with room boundaries, but I’m not sure how to substract the doors opening with, or better yet, total width including trims, maybe I should start with walls instead of rooms? Please Help, Thanks!

I believe there are quite a few similar topics already posted and answered about this kind of thing. Try searching for those suggestions to get more info, but the basic idea is to get the room boundary and subtract, split, or intersect the door geometry from it.
