Help to get each filter name along with filter rule value

Hello, everybody

I’m trying to get the filter rules along with filters names
to find out true/false color boolean from o, x data

I have successfully imported and created filters from excel data as shown

but each of filters does not match for each filter rules

list unique item and list chop makes match each of them.
it looks like error yellow one. but working for filter of revit.

I think everybody know above and below

I do not know yet how to add one more rule value for a name
