Gridlines projected on to direct shapes

Hi all,

I’m trying to project my gridlines and intersection points on to the underside of a roof for structural framing purposes.

There are a few issues I have with my code. Firstly the springs.direct shape.By geometery is creating the shape in a random spot (higher than the original, see attached). Secondly, the curve.project and the point.project nodes are not working for me (probably down to the direct shape)

Any ideas as to how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Try shifting the geometry by the project base point offset.

I have no idea how I would go about about doing that, however, I’ve changed the springs node for the directshape.bygeometry node and is seems to have put the surface in the right place. But I still cant project the grid line and the grid intersections.
