Get Corridor sections properties

Good afternoon

Does anyone know if there is any node to get geometric properties (station, length, end/start point…) of corridor sections (the magenta lines of the corridor).
I guess as input will be the baseline of the corridor.
I am looking for this node because i want to get the outer boundaries geometry of the corridor.
