Generate coordinates from length and breath rectangle

i have the length and breath of a rectangle lets lay L=5 b=4 now i want to create points a coordinates that create the rectangle( i don’t want to use the create rectangle by length breath ) i want to creat rectangle by points so i need the coordinates.
