Filtering list by removing numbers greater than

Hello I have this list currently & I want to remove for examples numbers less than 3 & create a new list , I know I can edit the range but this script is just for illustration purposes , How can I create a new list with numbers greater than 3 for example

You can use them to find numbers between…
so here is 3 or larger AND 12 or smaller
