Filter 2 condition equal leng & Point X or Y

Hi everyone
I’m trying to filter steel groups of the same length and co-ordinate X or Y into a group (In the below picture 0: Leng; 1 Point X)
Really need help from somebody!

try use group by keys after get round values of you numbers,to get the same values
