Will someone confirm I’m not missing something. I have about 80 surfaces to create using feature lines as breaklines, with a value from a property set contributing to the name of the surface. I know it used to be a function in the Civil3DToolkit, but don’t see an option in the OOTB or add-on packages to help in this case.

Correct. There are some technical limitations we are working through before we can add any nodes for surface operations, but it is under review.
It’s incredible how nodes that helped create surfaces, such as breakline nodes, have been overlooked. Civil 3D is based on working with surfaces, and not having nodes to create and manipulate these surfaces is a significant limitation.
Not overlooked…we are very aware. Just a little slower to get them built and released 
No worries, I get it. I changed a few settings in the creating a surface and adding breaklines Commands and that helped doing the traditional way go a lot faster.
Exporting data for construction depends even more heavily on surfaces, as 3d polys can’t have curves, and using a reference line is a lot harder/cumbersome than using a reference surface.
