Face base family to place on wall

Hello all,

I am facing same issue mentioned in this topic below
"Automatic face-based electrical fixture/receptacle placement on a wall’

I have checked but it is not resolved.

however i have tried using FamilyInstance.ByFace and i am getting error. Not able to figure it out.

can anyone help?
