Is there any node in dynamo to extract elevation of polylines from linked cad file in revit?
Have a look at the Genius loci package. It allows the import of CAD files into Revit. You can then retrieve the points from the resulting poly curves and pull them onto a horizontal plane. Then work out the vertical distance between the poly curve points and the points pulled onto the horizontal plane.
