Extract all parameters related to an object

Good afternoon,

Im looking for a way to extract all the data from behind an element in to an excel. i am fine with exporting all my data to excel and setting it up however i am strugling to figure out how to export all the parameters from an element to a list in dynamo. e.g wall parameters.

does any body know how i could do this?

any help would be greatly apreciated.
