The Element.GetParameterValueByName node does not return the correct value with “reference level” and a pipe, a sheath a cable path.
The MEP elements are in a linked file. The node works with the accessories.

select model element, then snoop current Selection and go in parameter sets
i think you should have family with the accurate name and then change the element family type.
