I want to study the methods used to create original node library in dynamo.
where can I find the programming script for study?

The builtin nodes are closed source, you cannot study them. Some 3rd party libraries are open source, e.g:

Below is the open sourced code for dynamo, I would suggest you watch out with what you do because some of the parts are not open sourced as per license note within dynamo.
