As the inputs are duplicating my guess goes towards the usage of a package in dyn 2.x which is made for dyn 1.3 and not updated yet

However, @khaingwahhlaing58 is not in Dynamo 2.0.x and that node is OOTB. The duplicate port issue is for NodeModel nodes that have UI as well.

I recommend checking to see that you have sufficient RAM and C drive space, then restarting your computer, launch Dynamo and check the console for errors, and then attempt to recreate the crash from a new graph. If it crashes submit the issue to the github.

Thanks Jacob. Ok ready Now. Yes My C drive is almost full. I clean up the drive and installed dynamo2.0.2 again. Now ok ready. I am not the dynamo user yet. I just start to learn this software. Thanks for your suggestions.
