Delete rebars at the end of a script after create new ones

Deleting element at the end of a script

I have written a script. It creates levels and associated view names then duplicate the view names to create additional views. I then want to clean up at the end by deleting the original views. I’m using the Delete Element node to delete the unwanted views. My problem is it deletes the original views at the same time it is creating the other views so off course it errors. If I was doing traditional programming I could step through my function line by line and clean up at the end or pass my data…

I’m reading the centerline curves from existing rebars, modify and then turn them into new rebars and after that I want to delete the old rebars (using DynamoforRebar and Bim4Struc packages).

Is it possible?

I already tried with “Wait” node from BattleBIM, “passthrough” from Clockworks, even tried what @Dimitar_Venkov and @solamour recomended in this thread (http://dynamobim.org/forums/topic/force-order-of-operations/). I’m not getting what I want.

What am I missing here?

Hi Jorge,

I used the pass-through node and disabled the automatic run function and that worked for me.
