Delete Gross Building Area Scheme

Hello community
I want to ask your advice in case I am missing something.
By default Revit does not allow us to delete the Gross Building Area Scheme from our Project Template, however we can do it programmatically.
Can you see any potential damage to the file by doing this?

I see it is part of the template @BIMadmin

Based on the response I guess is nothing we should worry and we can go and delete the scheme from our Project Template.
