Delete first part of index

Hi

Is there a way to delete the first part of the text in a list depending on a search in the text?
Ex.
I want to search for ‘_N’ and the delete the first part of the index. So index 19 would end up as _N03 or 03 and index 20 would be _N201 or 201. And index 14 that doesnt contain ‘_N’ should not change and remain KD04.

Something like this? The top one shows leaving the _N in and the bottom one removes the _N
