It doesn’t look like you are using any Camber nodes. I don’t have any advice other than installing the latest version of the Arkance Systems package.

The ‘Profile.CreateSurfaceProfile’ is an Arkance Systems Node Library node (in v5 it was found under Alignment but was moved to Profile in v6). The ‘AlignmentExtenstions.CreateAlignmentByPolyline’ can be found in the C3DToolkit. The current version of Arkance Systems Node Library is v7.
It is working together without any trouble:
I don’t know why your script (or something else) is killing Civil 3D. Maybe you try something simple first like the example above, and then expand the graph with other functionality.
