You are feeding parameter values into the elements input of the set parameter node and not the actual elements. The way you had it before except feed the groups into the element input as shown below.

I did it like you said and its working but the problem stays . Now he is using not the sorted list and putting the number in over 5000 pipes. I want it like i said before. He need to sort it from the Systemtype and then for each system putting in the right number
Edit: I finally managed to do it. My problem was that I had to set the correct level in Setparameter. Many thanks for the help @staylor
