Creating a scope box list

How do I map Scope box list which are elements to a list from excel with their names. For example we have 3 scope box elements, bu the list from excel has those 3 element.names spread in a list of 20. How do i generate the element list from 3 to match the 20 from the excel list. I need this to apply in element.setparameterbyname
