Creating a Best Fit Alignment in Dynamo for Civil 3D

Hi guys

I have a Design Alignment having (Straight+Clothoid Spiral+Circular) combination.
I have set of Survey Points (XY) along the alignment having deviation of ±10mm ±20mm.

I want to create a Best Fit Alignment having maximum deviation of 2mm from the design Alignment.

What will be the proper approach for this using Dynamo?
