Create Sublists from of same items

Hello,

I have a list of lists with repeated items inside each list.
I would like to add another level of list where all same items (marked with colors) would be assigned to sublists - so for example, all items in red would go to list 0, sublist 0, while green would go to list 1, sublist 1.
I have no idea how to approach that. Could you help?
