Create Railing in a revit model BIM360 based

Dear Professionals,
I bumped onto a weird problem. I can not create railings with dynamo in a BIM360 revit model.
Same script works in either work shared (local network) or not work shared revit models. But when I use it in a revit model which is BIM360 based, it returns None (null). For this I tried Wombat package and even created my own python script. Absolutely same results I have for both options. Any Ideas ???

Can you share your Python code? Also what Revit build and Dynamo version are you in?
