Create polygon from space space between intersecting lines

I’m new to dynamo, so forgive me…

From a set of lines created by points from multiple lists and these lines cross each other and creates some shapes.

There is another set of points that are somewhere in between the space set out by the lines mentioned above.

I need to create a closed polygon from the lines so I can move polygon either up or down for the plane that the lines and points are on.

The idea would be then to loft between these polygons.

What is the best way to do that? Will I need to write a custom node?
