Create New layout tab

Hi All
I am working on a project with approx 190 Section Views, each needs to be on its on Sheet for plotting.
Can I write script to create all the paperspace sheets with the border and page number?
I have started with attatched dyn but seem to be missing somethis as i cant get it to create
one new layout

Is the Page setup name correct?

Also keep in mind the number of Layouts is limited, to 127 or 255 if I remember.

I had to try this out and also use lists to create different types of sheets according to regulation from our client. It’s damn quick
