Create lines or detail line, which fit sections in a point cloud

I’m wondering if it’s possible to automate or detect a line, such as a ‘detail line’ or a ‘curve,’ that fits through a section in a point cloud.

I have tried some add on, trail version, like scan to BIM xyz and it didnt worl in such cases.
I also downloaded a package called Satsrugi, but failed to get anything!

That’s a good one. There are many examples of getting started with this on the forum, so I suggest you do some research, try a few things, and then post what you’ve tried including a sample point cloud and your graph.
