I can confirm that the custom node works fine in Revit 2023.
Did you read the node description ?
Due to the lack of method for legends in the Revit API, the only roundabout way to create a legend is to duplicate a component first.

the node is amazing. Got it to do some great stuff. It seems to be because the node switched to Python 3 and needs to be python 2.7. But then curious why it worked on your dynamo 2.13 and not mine
