Count elements on path

Hi guys… I am trying to assign number to Fireprotection elements in Revit. I have managed to write values that i want into Parameter that i’ve choosen. But the Problem is with sorting of elements. By Default, Dynamo sorts list by ID Number.
I want to sort it in a specific order.
For example, i have a path, written as series of model lines. And i want to set #1 for first element on that path, #2 for next.

Is it possible to do it as I’ve imagined? I have no idea how to continue.
