For Dynamo stuff the Dynamo primer has you covered, along with the tutorials in the Dynamo for Civil 3D application.

Python specific applications of Civil 3D require first learning Python, which you should do outside the context of Dynamo first - hit up any of the various websites and apps offering free training / tutorials / etc..

@Anton_Huizinga also has a wonderful book which I recommend: Dynamo for Civil 3D – Huiz.Net

Preferably should be video, for me that’s more efficient and quick!

Videos exist, but they get outdated quickly and as such I don’t recommend them. Youtube (the Dynamo Office Hours are a good one but not Civil 3D focused), LinkedIn learning, and other sources should give you a good direction.
