Conduit by line

Hi Everyone,
How can I get conduit to be extruded from Z- Justification Top and not use center of line.
also another question in this script what c[0] means ? can someone explain this

Either move the line to adjust for the offset or modify the conduit parameters for justification after the element has been created.

This is DesignScript shorthand for getting an item from a list at a given index.
list[index];
