I have create dynamo graph to find out changes made in latest model against previous or old model.
But i am not getting desire result.
Refer attached Image herewith. Output of node ‘ModificationTracker.GeometryChanges’ is null.
I have attached here dynamo graph for your reference.

You are missing an input for CurrentVersionDocument i think
Default input is a ‘Current Documents’.
I think some other things I am missing.

Ive used Synthesize and it seems to be working:
Since I am suffering today from a fuzzy brain, coming down with something I guess, I am not sure if the script checks the current open model against the exploratory one I’ve linked.
A fresh pair of eyes would be great!
It may seem silly, just cant focus today - apologies.
It feels somehow like did something not quite right judging by the colour coded walls.
Any help much appreciated.
